From 1st January 2016, there will be a voucher scheme in operation to offer an incentive or acknowledgement to members who volunteer their time during shows. Members who give up all day, or at least half a day at a show, either stewarding or in the kitchen, will be given a voucher which they can use at any subsequent show towards show entries or in the kitchen. This scheme will not be open to trainee judges who steward as part of their training process.
Vouchers can be attained from the show secretary of the show on the day. Please make sure that it is completed correctly. Please remember that the voucher will also need to be signed on redemption for accounting purposes.
